This session explores the 5 Levels of Leadership as they apply to early childhood education. Leadership is not limited to a job title. It is reflected in how you build trust, strengthen relationships, create positive outcomes, and help others grow.
Learning Objectives
1. Explore the five levels of leadership and connect each level to early childhood education practice.
2. Recognize that leadership extends beyond a title or formal position.
3. Apply strategies that build trust, strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and develop others.
4. Assess your current influence with children, families, colleagues, and program leaders.
5. Create a personal leadership development plan with a clear first step.
Certificates (CKC:PPLD Set Two Certificate) will be issued within 48 hours of completing the class. To qualify, you must attend the full two-hour session and keep your camera on.
